Set against the dramatic alpine landscape of Jacks Point, Falconer Rise was envisioned as a deeply personal family home — one that balances sophistication and warmth, elegance and practicality, refinement and individuality.

The interior adopts a modern classical aesthetic, layering traditional materials and detailing within a contemporary framework. Timeless elements including Viola marble, herringbone patterns, steel, and brass establish a sense of permanence and refinement, while colour-drenched guest bedrooms, checkerboard tiled bathrooms, and contemporary lighting introduce freshness and personality. Viola marble became the defining material of the project, chosen for its richness, movement, and personal connection to the client’s jewellery background. Sculpted stone detailing and tailored joinery contribute to a highly crafted interior where classical and contemporary influences coexist seamlessly.
